EveryFill ("the Service") is a trading journal and analytics application. It imports your historical trade records via read-only broker reporting feeds (such as Interactive Brokers Flex reports) or file uploads, and produces statistics, journaling tools, and review reports.
EveryFill does not execute trades, hold or transfer customer funds, or provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All analytics are informational. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; decisions you make remain entirely your own responsibility.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is intended for one trader.
The Service is offered as a subscription ($15/month or $120/year). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes, and invoicing. New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access; no payment method is required to start a trial.
You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Our refund policy is described in the Refund Policy — in short: 30 days, no questions asked.
Your trade data belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time and delete your account (with all associated data) from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and protected.
The Service uses read-only reporting credentials that you generate at your broker. These credentials cannot place orders, move funds, or withdraw. You may revoke them at your broker at any time. EveryFill is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Interactive Brokers or any other brokerage.
You agree not to: attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or overload the Service with automated traffic.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data displayed may occasionally lag or contain errors originating from broker feeds; the reconciliation features exist to surface such discrepancies, not to guarantee their absence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryFill's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. EveryFill is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
