If you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days of a payment, email us and we'll refund it — no questions asked.

Details

Applies to both monthly and annual plans, and to both first payments and renewals.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method by our merchant of record.
Before any payment is ever taken, you get a 14-day free trial with full access and no payment method on file — so you can verify your broker syncs correctly before spending anything.
Canceling a subscription stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Why this policy exists

Most trading journals offer no trial and no refunds. We think that's backwards: a journal has to earn your trust with your own data before it deserves your money.
